1. You need to deposit 50 per cent of the total per capita tour cost in advance.
2. You are requested to pay rest amount 21 days prior departure. If we do not receive the amount, we will cancel the booking without any notice.
3. Pilgrims are requested to book their journey with cash or cheque drawn in favour of Adeeba Tour and travel.

The following cancellation charges would apply per person; if booking is cancelled as per schedule below.

1. 10,000/- per person is NON REFUNDABLE.
2. 50% of the tour cost if cancelled between 15 to 30 days before departure.
3. NO REFUND if cancelled within 15 days of departure.
4. Date Change Penalty 5000/- per person if made between 15 to 30 days before departure or else the above cancellations shall apply.
5. However, initially paid 10000/- is NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.
